IF there is a sweet spot in the Guiness Book on arrests, Khia its going for the most arrests record! She was knocked in ATL for something related to hiding a large object that the bank owns. It seems that Khia or somebody is behind on a payment for something like a car or whatever and she was stopping them from locating it. She used a new name this time -"Khia Finch" - at the time of her arrest.
